There are plenty of maple product cookbooks to help you find some new maple recipes. Look around, and see what else is available. Chances are you’ll see lots of delicious and interesting maple products.

Have you had maple syrup candy lately? You know, those golden little candies shaped like maple leaves? Yum! Everybody loves those! It’s fun to share them with the children in your family. Did you know that you can get granulated maple sugar to use as a sweetener or to sprinkle on meats or ice cream, or even to sweeten your tea and coffee?

And what’s more delicious than maple cream? Eat it on toast, pancakes, muffins, or sandwich it between your own homemade cookies. Or lick it right off a spoon!

There are other maple candies, too. Try the maple hard candies that are called maple drops. Maple fudge is irresistible, as is maple nut brittle and maple glazed nuts and popcorn.

There are lots of other maple products on the market today as well: maple mustard, maple barbecue sauce, maple walnut ice cream topping, and maple salad dressings are a few. Some maple producers package maple products in special packages or bottles to use as wedding favors or for other events. Golden amber maple syrup looks beautiful in a small leaf shaped bottle. Tie a ribbon with the guests name and table on it on the neck of the bottle and you have not only a wedding favor but a place card as well!
